Sadio Mane upholds his Muslim values by refusing to hold a glass of beer

 Sadio Mane always remains in news for his Muslim values, from the past 3-4 months he is continuously trending on Facebook for donating a huge amount of money for the upliftment of Muslims in his village and for other philanthropic works. Also, he remains in trending because of his simple lifestyle where he can be seen in a[picture holding a cracked iPhone. This time he is trending for not holding a glass of beer in the Bayern Munich team photo, Muslims around the world applaud him for this gesture. Sadio Mane was the only player in the team photoshoot without a Paulaner beer glass in his hand. As seven players sat in front of him, the Senegalese forward kept his hands together while the other six held up their beer glasses.

In the photo, the always-smiling Mane was without a beer because he presumably practices Islam, which prohibits the consumption or association with alcohol. The new signing joins the Moroccan defender Noussair Mazraoui in the Bayern Munich squad as one of two openly Muslim players.

With Sadio Mane another Moroccon Muslim player Noussair Mazraoui also did not hold the glass of the beer at the same event. We wish both of these Muslim players promote the teachings of Islam to the world through their actions and values and invite more people to learn about the religion.
