Muslim man and local Imam, Omar Farooq age 54 years was a convert to Islam and local Imam in Bandarban district. He was the first to convert to Islam from his tribe. 32 families converted to Islam through his efforts. Some hatemongers and enemies of Islam shot him dead so that he can not spread Islam. He was killed by some Christians of the nearby tribe to his locality.
Basically, it was not only him who is being targeted by these extremist but many more have died in adjoining countries like India and Nepal.
This news will not be covered by any mainstream media because they are busily bootlicking their owners who pay them just to spread Islamophobia.
May the soul of Omar found peace, may Allah accept her work for Islam and may Allah grant him Jannah. Indeed, he found Islam at the right time and he was doing such a tremendous task by spreading it to others. May Allah accept his efforts and grant him the highest place in heaven.
