A video was circulating earlier of an incident at Masjid Al Haram where a car drove through barriers.
Security officials immediately responded to the incident to ensure all worshippers were safe from harm.
May Allah protect the Two Holy Mosques and the Guests of Allah.
The security officials then pushed the car out of the area to protect all worshippers and from further damage.
May Allah protect Masjid Al Haram and the guests of Allah.
Days ago we all know what has happened in the western country of France, where the French President Macron insulted our Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), and now in Saudi Arabia itself, our Masjids and Muslims are not safe, who is responsible for this? Who will assure us of our safety? How can a man just drove into the world's best and biggest Islamic mosque with one of the strict and high security is maintained by the authorities. Also, where the house of Allah is also situated on earth. When a Muslim stands to pray his Salah he says five times a day that " I am praying by keeping my face in front or in the direction of the Kaaba" What the Saudi administration was doing? Why don't the security officials were taking care of? How can just a man drove into the courtyard of Masjid al-haram, also near the Kaaba? What if he intentionally or unintentionally damaged the Kaaba with his car? As can be seen in the video that the car was fast in speed. Also, some people are claiming that the video is photoshopped but we fact-check it and found it to be real as the official page of Haramain posted about the incident.
Update: Police arrested the driver who allegedly appears to be in Ihram who breached the courtyard of Masjid Al Haram and hit the gate of the Mosque using his car/Further updates will be shared later as soon Saudi Haramain officials complete the investigation.
The latest Pictures were released by the Haramain official page on Facebook, they are attached below:
