Subhan'ALLAH, yes we are talking about the night of MIRAJ (When the Holy Prophet of Islam) Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) ascended to heaven and beyond to meet ALLAH. Yes, Indeed It is a miracle which has not been granted to anyone before and will be not granted to anyone in the future, it was only granted to God's beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
Allah Ta’ala states in the Holy Qur’an: “Holy is He Who carried His bondsman by night from the Sacred Mosque to the Aqsa Mosque around which We have put blessings that We may show him Our grand signs. No doubt, He is the All-Hearing and the All-Seeing.” [Surah 17, Verse 1]
When the Holy Prophet (PBUH) on 27th Rajab had a night Journey of Isra (Moving from Kaaba in Makkah to Bait-a-Maqdas in Jerusalem) and Miraj (Visiting the seven Heavens and Paradise), no one believed him. They came to Hazrat Abu Bakr (R.A) to ask him about his thoughts on this apparently looking dream of Rasulullah (PBUH). He Hazrat Abu Bakr (R.A) said that he believed it to be true. They asked him again and again, Hazrat Abu Bakr said that he Abu Bakr (R.A) had complete faith in each and every word of the Messenger of Allah. Upon this, Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) gave him the title of As-Siddiq (the one who is truthful and the most accurate in his faith).
Angel Jibrael came to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) to take him to the place to meet ALLAH (SWT), they traveled from Makkah to Jerusalem (Al-Aqsa) mosque on mount named Al-Buraq in the company of Angel Jibrael.
In AL-Aqsa mosque the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) led all the other prophets (124,000) in prayer.
After that Angel Jibrael took him to the heavens. When they reached Heaven Angel Jibrael asked the guardian angel to open the door of the first heaven, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) saw Adam (A.S) on the first level of heaven.
At the second level, Prophet met with Prophet Yahya and Prophet Isa (Jesus) all give and returned Salutations.
up until the seventh Heaven, the same happened in each heaven:
In third heaven, Prophet (PBUH) saw Prophet Yusuf,
In fourth, Prophet saw Prophet Idris
In the fifth, Prophet saw Prophet Haroon
In the sixth, Prophet saw Prophet Musa
and in the last and the seventh heaven, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) saw Prophet Ibrahim (a close friend of Allah)
(Peace and blessings be upon them all).
AT last, the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) then met ALLAH (SWT) and was given the rules of Prayer which were too many per day, so many times Prophet Muhammad met ALLAH to request for the reduction of numbers of Prayers.
If you are proud to be Muslim, you will share this.
