Masjid Al Haram & Nabawi will be Closed after Isha to an hour before Fajr due to Coronavirus



We shared with you earlier that the Haramain (Masjid Al Haram) at Makkah in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) was closed basically in its Mataaf area near Kaaba where pilgrims do Tawaf on the ground floor and touch and kiss the Holy Kaaba and see through the black stone from Jannah.

This is due to the outbreak of deadly Coronavirus that came from its epicenter in Wuhan, China. During this meantime, both the sacred holy mosques e.g Masjid Al Haram at Makkah and Masjid An Nabawi at Madina was closed compactly and were completely sterilized and cleaned. 

There was also some kind of barrier installed around the Kaaba, so Pilgrims and worshippers may not touch and kiss the Blessed house of Almighty GOD on earth, as it may causes in the spread of COVID-19 in the premises of the Masjid Al-Haram or even the worshippers may surpass it in the entire Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

A Breaking News is coming from the official source of Quote an official source at the General Presidency of the Holy Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque Affairs: " Masjid Al Haram and Masjid An Nawbawi will be closed an hour after the Isha prayer, and will reopen before an hour of fajr prayer to prevent the spread of infection of Coronavirus during the period of the Umrah suspension.

Another breaking news is this a number of historical protocols put in place tonight in the Haramain:

- The Mataf around the Kaaba and the path between Safa and Marwa will be closed for the duration of the Umrah pilgrimage, and Salat will be prayed only inside.

- Residents living in Makkah will be allowed to enter Makkah and the area around the Haram.

- No I'tikaaf and sleeping will be allowed inside the Haram.

- No one can eat or drink food inside the Haram premises.

- The ZamZam water dispensers will be closed.

Ya, Allah keeps the Muslim ummah safe and protected from this deadly Coronavirus.
