American Women converts to Islam after watching Ertugrul

 The news went viral like a storm across social media platforms, the news states that a woman of 60 years old reverted to Islam and becomes Muslim after get influenced by the Turkish Drama Series Resurrection Ertugrul. As many of you may have known that Ertugrul series is based upon the history of the rise of the Ottoman Empire (A Sunni Empire, which lasted up to 700 years) the reason for its longevity must rely upon the teachings of Islam and guidance by the Sufi Scholars or Ustad or Spiritual Peer (Shaykh, Efendi Hazratim).

The 60-years-old women are from Wisconsin (a midwestern US state) gets inspired by watching Ertugrul and accepted Islam, the Muslim ummah overwhelmed by her action and statement welcomes her to the religion of peace.

The sixty-year-old women chose herself the name "Khadijah" and told a news agency company that she reverted to Islam after watching resurrection Ertugrul on Netflix.

Additional Info: "The name Khadijah was the name of Prophet Muhammad ([peace be upon him]) first, wife Janab E Khadijah (RA), she was 15 years elder than the Prophet Muhammad  ([peace be upon him]), but he chooses her to be his first wife.

Newly reverted Khadijah told the news agency that she investigated the history of the ottoman empire, Ertugrul, and Islam, she added she gets interested in Islam after watching only a few episodes of the Ertugrul series.

Indeed, the series taught us about Islamic history, its fundamentals and emphasized a focus on Sufism and Spirituality.
