Taraweeh Prayers are Suspended In Saudi Arabia During Ramadan - 2020

You heard it right, as Muslims are waiting so eagerly to witness the month of blessings and most loved month for the entire Muslim community around the world is the month of Ramadan. The news is confirmed as the two prominent news publishers one from Saudi Arabia - Al Riyadh Newspaper and the Gulf News also posted the same about the suspension of the Taraweeh prayers in Saudi Arabia.

Yes, both the holy mosques The Masjid Al Haram and Masjid An Nabawi will not be allowed any citizen, tourist or any other worshipper to perform Taraweeh salah inside the courtyards of these two mosques.

The Known Saudi Newspaper Al Riyadh, quoted Dr. Abdul Latif al-sheik, who is the Saudi Minister of Islamic Affairs. As millions of thousands of worshippers from all around the globe are looking forward to some sort of good news from the side of Arabia as the month of Ramadan is coming ahead. Muslims from around the world are also concerned about whether this year they would be allowed to attend Taraweeh Salah in the two holy mosques or not, but the Minister made it clear and confirmed by two authentic news agencies that there will be no Taraweeh Salah held inside the two holy mosques respectively at Makkah and Madina.

Although, some officials and workers will be the luckiest one who will or can perform Salah of Taraweeh with Imam at these two holy places otherwise not a single outsider (worshipper) will be allowed inside the haram.

May Allah forgives us all and may we all die with Shahada on our lips and Imaan in our hearts.
