Saudi Tells Muslims Not To Plan For Hajj 2020 As Of Now Amid Coronavirus Crisis

The Hajj & Umrah Minister of Saudi Arabia today said in a press release standing in front of the Kaaba " KSA is always prepared for Hajj, However, since Coronavirus has become an international crisis, the Minister urges world's Muslims to wait before making any Hajj plan until there is more clarity on coronavirus" - Via Saudi Gazette

Saudi Arabia is doing and taking every possible effort to fight against the novel coronavirus and urges the world's Muslims to keep calm and pray to almighty God until there is more clarity about the pandemic coronavirus before planning to come to Makkah to attend the annual Hajj of 2020.

Around 2.5 Million pilgrims visit Makkah and Madina each year during the time of annual Hajj, it is the duty of the Kingdom to keep the Muslims coming from around the world healthy and disease-free. So, as a precautionary measure, we told our fellow Muslim brothers not to sign any contract with the agencies regarding the annual hajj of 2020.

We hope that this pandemic disease may end before the starting month of Ramadan so that we Muslims can have a healthy and blessed Ramadan. It is very important for Muslims to stay healthy and energetic during the month of Ramadan as we fast for about 12-14hrs in some countries, for that we need a good atmosphere, anxiety-free environment and medical facilities like (Insurances) and a good amount of healthy food with good quality of hydrating drinks.

May, this Deadly pandemic disease COVID-19 (coronavirus) end soon by the will of Almighty Allah and may we all spend a great Eid-ul-Fitr and after that may Allah allow us to visit his house on earth (Kaaba at  Makkah) and call us for annual Hajj and after that may we all enjoy a great Eid-Ul-Azha with our family and loved ones.
