The news went viral soon after the International Court of Justice orders Myanmar to protect the right and lives of Rohingya Muslims, many news media like The Washington Post, The Guardian, Al Jazeera covers this news, on the other hand, BBC posted that Myanmar Government reject the order of ICJ, as you all know the Muslims of Myanmar has been persecuted on the basis of ethnic cleansing of Muslims from the Country, they had to flee to nearby nations like India, Pakistan and Bangladesh. Most of these helpless Rohingya Muslims migrated to Bangladesh, as they are adjustable in their culture and some of them came to Assam in India.
The bench of 17 Judges presided by Abdulqawi Ahmed Yusuf, read the provisions of 1948 Mynamaer Rohingya genocide - Saying "Mynamar had caused irreparable damage to the Muslims of Rohingya in both forms lives and rights"
As you know when Prejudice ethnic cleansing occurred the ICJ holds the right to take necessary steps to prevent it, the same as in this case.
Judge Yusuf was steady and accurate on his judgment and wanted to stop this hate crime against the Rohingya Muslims, but the advocates from the side of Mynamar said it is a war of Historic Legal Identity.
Although according one report of BBC said that the Mynamar Authorities had declined this court order from the International Court of Justice and rejected to follow the provisional step given by the ICJ, Mynamar said it is our war of identification, If we do not let these people rid off from our country, we will never get our own identification and our nation will never flourish and our religion never get it real essence, this shows that the world has stood up against all the weaker Muslim minorities to let them not live in their own nations this thing is not only happening in Rohingya but also in India and China.
