Yes, she converted to the religion of Islam, she was a very famous French Rapper and songwriter who converted to Islam and performed Hajj this year.
She said: there is no doubt that I am really a successful Rapper and earned so much money but I felt incomplete and troubled in my life, the peace I want, I can't get it even I own everything.
In search of peace and hope, she found the peaceful religion of Islam and revert to Islam.
While she was in Makkah for the Hajj, she gave an interview to Arab News in which she said" The money, the power, the fame, and success did not make me happy and alive, but when I accepted Islam peace and happiness started showering on me.
She added: I was searching for happiness a long time ago but I was not able to find it, although my vision allows me to have a look into the religion of Islam, I was very very sad and tense also depressed, I started investigating the religion of Islam , whenever I get time I listen to Islamic scholars and lecture given by them and I personally want to learn the religion and teachings of Islam, so this keen interest took me right in front of the religion of Islam and I found what I was searching since so long.
She has a friend her name is Sousou who was a Muslims, her life changed when she spends time with her and see how calm and happy she is because of her religion. This thing got stuck in her mind and she reverted to the peaceful and loving religion of Islam which means "PEACE"
She converted to Islam long ago but she performed Hajj this year along with her husband and also give an interview to media and mass media.
May ALLAH accept her hajj and the Hajj of all Hujjuj who performed Hajj this year and may ALLAH allow us to do Hajj once in our lifetime (Ameen)
