The Hijab is now an official part of police uniform in Scotland

From now,15 years ago metropolitan police of London introduced Hijab for women officers and now Scotland introduced this system for the women in force and to boost the numbers of Muslim women to take part in the police force.

The Police of Scotland announced publicly that HIjab will become official uniform as it aims to create a more diverse force.

The Police official said that this announcement will "encourage many more Muslim women to join Police force who may previously not have seen police job as a career option"

In the past, Muslim police officers of Scotland Police were allowed to wear hijab but not officially, they have to ask for the senior officer's permission to wear it, once he/she approved then only a Muslim police officer can wear hijab on duty.

The announcement of Scotland Police was welcomed by the Scottish Police Muslim Association (SPMA), a group of people that aims to build peace link between Muslims of Scotland and the Police of Scotland.

After the introduction of Hijab as an official uniform, the numbers of Muslim police officers in the Scottish force is increased by 30% by 2019.

We hope, that many more metropolitan countries like London, Scotland introduce Hijab System for the Muslim police officers so that they can join the force without any hesitation.

Now, It's our duty to share this news all across the social platform so that many more Muslimah of our ummah encourage themselves to look Police services as a career option and also share this news so that many more international police departments introduced this system to boost numbers of Muslim officers.
